MCCHS Registration 2021 Information and registration

PLAYER TRANSFERS - If you are transferring from another club (including from interstate) please contact Gary March at secretary@mcchockey.org.au who will facilitate the transfer process.

There are two parts to your successful registration.

1. MCC Hockey registration in Majestri (not for HookIn2Hockey).

2. Hockey Victoria registration (not for Hookin2Hockey) - also provides insurance cover.
  - Non-playing/non-coaching social members need only register in Majestri.

If you are a new member (joining MCC Hockey for first time/ or not financial last year) your Majestri registration will also be considered a Membership Application which will be reviewed by the Committee. You will be notified in due course if your Membership Application has not been accepted and all monies paid will be refunded if it is not.

MAJESTRI CLUB REGISTRATION AND FEE PAYMENT

 1. Enter your details as the "Primary Contact" - Primary Contact MUST be 18 years+ (if you are a parent/guardian you need to register yourself first and then register all children under 18 as members).

 2. Register yourself (as relevant) and also register any children playing juniors under the Primary Contact - register ALL MEMBERS of the one family at the same time, however:

 - If a second parent/guardian is also playing they should register separately.
 - Adult children paying their own fees should register themselves separately.

 3. Provide an emergency contact (that is not you!).

 4. You can add additional email addresses under the "Communications" box (e.g. second parent contact).

 5. Complete the form for your particular registration type

6. Accept the terms & conditions.

7. The registration process will calculate your family fees amount due and include any discounts applicable (the Treasurer will separately apply any junior family fees cap).

8. IMPORTANT: YOU MUST CHOOSE A GREEN PAYMENT METHOD

Pay by credit card at the end of the registration process. - YOU CAN PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OR A DEPOSIT
OR
You can also set up a payment plan with a deposit (terms change - check when you join)
OR
Generate an invoice - choose to "Pay another way" and payment details will be emailed to you
