MCCHS Registration 2020 Information and registration

TO BE COUNTED AS “REGISTERED” YOU MUST PAY AT LEAST A DEPOSIT OF $100 PER SENIOR/MASTERS/OPEN-AGE PLAYER OR $50 PER JUNIOR TEAM PLAYER

BALANCE OF FEES ARE THEN DUE BY ROUND 1 OR AS PER AGREED HARDSHIP PAYMENT PLAN IF NEEDED AND AS ARRANGED

There are two parts to your successful registration.

1. MCC Hockey registration in Majestri.
  - You will then be given a link to register with Hockey Victoria/Australia.

2. Hockey Victoria/Australia Individual Member Registration (does not apply for Hookin2Hockey) and fees (players). This registration also provides insurance cover. Choose to REGISTER.

   - Non-playing/non-coaching social members need only register in Majestri.

If you are joining MCC Hockey for the first time you must also complete the MCC Hockey member application form

MAJESTRI CLUB REGISTRATION AND FEE PAYMENT

 1. Enter your details as the "Primary Contact" - the Primary Contact MUST be 18 years or over (if you are a parent/guardian you need to register yourself first and then register all children under 18 as members)

 2. Register yourself (as relevant) and also register any children playing juniors under the Primary Contact - register ALL MEMBERS of the one family at the same time, however:
 - If a second parent/guardian is also playing they should register separately.
 - Adult children paying their own fees should register themselves separately.

 3. Provide an emergency contact (that is not you!)

 4. You can add additional email addresses under the "Communications" box (e.g. second parent contact).

 5. Complete the form for your particular registration type, noting particular questions for masters, senior u24 student discounts (u21 discount calculates automatically), children school details etc. Accept the terms & conditions.

 6. The registration process will calculate your family fees amount due and include any discounts applicable.

 7. YOU MUST CHOOSE A GREEN PAYMENT METHOD

 Pay by credit card at the end of the registration process

 OR

 Generate an invoice - choose to "Pay via Bpay" and payment details will be emailed to you

DEPOSITS - There are PART PAYMENT options at the end of the process by credit card and also if you want to Pay via Bpay.
